Ford Motor Company Campaigns Management Reporting Supervisor in Budapest, Hungary

Campaigns Management is a large team within the European Revenue Management Team and its main objective is to set up and manage incentive programs that support vehicle sales through Ford’s European Dealer network and through the internet. The Team also manages and keeps developing its own system: MPS2. Campaigns Management works closely with Ford’s National Sales Companies and many central Ford Europe teams. The Reporting team interacts daily with the broader Campaigns Management Team, which consists of two large operations teams, a Business Support & Development team and a team managing incentives in the Digital Marketplace (E-Commerce). The Reporting Supervisor reports to the Head of Campaigns Management, Europe.

Reporting, Analysis and Efficiency Optimisation Actions

  • Maintain existing reports (daily reports, Monthly Market Decks, log and archive tool) to support the daily work of the Operations Team

  • Develop new reports (automated and self-service reports upon request) to support business needs

  • Seek opportunities to reporting system and process enhancements

  • Analyse variable marketing programs’ effectiveness based on financial data, sales volumes and market share. Review data, processes and incentive structures to identify opportunities for re-engineering/complexity reduction

  • Support delivery of the efficiency optimisation projects with new reports

  • Support reviews and meetings with NSCs and Ford of Europe management

  • Ensure report quality: peer reviews and control checklist, where necessary

  • Ensure CMT reporting compliance with audit requirements

Supervisor role

  • Supervise the daily work of the reporting specialist

  • Manage team’s personnel related tasks (Objective setting, Development Plan, etc.)

  • Train and mentor new team members/new users of MPS2 system relating reporting

Relationship and interface

  • The role provides an insight into senior level decision making and long term strategic planning

  • BA/MA degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or IT

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a reporting team or reporting role or relevant CMT reporting experience

  • Excellent analytical skills and thinking, ability to proactively progress an issue, develop options and recommendations and see through to resolution

  • Skills in report creation based on a set of criteria

  • In-depth SQL and Visual Basic Programming knowledge, Python is an advantage

  • Accuracy with the ability to comply with deadlines

  • Work independently with limited supervision

  • Fluency in English
