About the team

Financial Control as a department take ownership for the classification, consolidation and interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting (including the provision of insight, analysis and the accurate and timely delivery of end market budgets, management accounts and financial accounts) and the monitoring of financial risks.

This role will support the projects where Finance process SME involvement is required with special focus on finance efficiency initiatives, process Improvement deliverables and transitions. This role is an important element of delivering BS’ strategy and to drive business outcome.

The role

Top Accountabilities

• Act as subject matter expert in any type of projects impacting Finance process areas

• Supports the Business Case Definition with inputs – identification of target areas for business improvement.

• Work with Financial Controllers and Core Governance teams, Business Partners and Project Managers/Sponsors to build and submit business cases for evaluation.

• Can support the Business Lead/Project Manager with analyse and design for global priority projects from Finance perspective which can include SBMs, Productivity projects, M&As, Global change projects and Finance initiatives.

• Act as guardian of the Finance Processes globally and constantly seek and manage the improvement of the Global framework.

• Provide subject matter expertise to define, operate and analyse the outcome of the global systems.

About you

• University or College degree in finance

• At least 5 years’ experience in various finance roles

• Thorough understanding of project & change management

• Good understanding of the various Finance Processes (FC, RTR, FP&A, Reporting)

• Strong system knowledge in SAP Financials

• Flexibility for adopting the change with positive attitude and relevant experience in change management.

• Excellent English communication skills

• Power BI, understanding of various finance systems/tools (Oswald, Blackline, BFC, Anaplan…etc) is a great advantage.
