We are growing rapidly and are looking for Billing Analysts responsible for ensuring accurate implementation of high-end business customer projects, on-time and accurate billing performance, accurate collection of customer and external supplier data and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of groups responsible for delivering and supporting custom services.

This position is located in Downtown Dallas, TX with work performed at client site 2-3 days a week. A hybrid working model is acceptable. Due to the nature of this project, US Citizenship is required.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Using Client internal electronic and manual tools to manage complex order documentation

• Collecting complete and accurate customer data (minimum data sets) – other responsibilities including and not limited to customizing billing data into spreadsheets to obtain pre-approval from the customer, loading customer invoices into the customers web portal and working with customers internal accounting groups on AR issues

• Coordinating with various groups to oversee implementation complex services

• Multiple project tracking

• Strong relationship with IS Engagement Managers and Account Teams

• Route billing assignments and mentor NPWs

• Interfacing with customers, suppliers and Client internal groups

• Preparing purchase orders and obtaining approvals (today we only look to make sure the PO has been executed)

• Expediting Supplier payments and/or Purchase Order approvals

• Engaging with Suppliers when Purchase Orders and/or invoices are not approved or sent

• Assisting with billing disputes (work with the dispute group)

• Developing strong linkages and relationships with a variety of groups responsible for • supporting custom customer services – AR, Ariba, IBS etc

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you will bring (1-3 years of experience for each below):

• Strong customer contact skills

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience in understanding client challenges, project execution and management of client expectations.

• Experience in negotiating deliverables and timelines with suppliers and customers.

• Experience with project coordination.

• Experience in using client online tools.

• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications – Strong Excel Skills a Must

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $49,400- $116,000.
