A day in the life

As the Senior Technical Analyst - Yardi, you will be a member of a highly-motivated group responsible for partnering with business and IT teams in order to evaluate and understand complex business problems. The role will proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and IT team members to define strategies for technical solutions integrating to the real estate applications stack comprising of Yardi Voyager, Yardi Advanced Budget, Yardi Forecast Manager and Argus Enterprise. Individuals in this position will have deep expertise with data schema and application architecture as well as experience in 3rd party integrations.

Assume primary responsibilities for development and ongoing technical support of the Real Estate Application platforms to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals Communicate with project managers, stakeholders and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment Participate in all phases of software development/implementation including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support Work with internal IT teams to prepare functional and technical specifications from which programs will be written, and other integration activities to ensure successful implementation and support of projects Interpret business requirements, provide accurate estimates, and meet deadlines on deliverables Perform and manage global change and release management practices

Building blocks for success

Required: 3+ years' of functional/technical experience with Yardi Commercial and Elevate Products Intermediate or greater SQL experience Ability to design, develop, and support custom integrations with external systems including Salesforce, Peoplesoft, and custom applications

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent education Data engineering skills a plus Knowledge of full development life cycle including requirements, fit/gap analysis, design, development and testing Proven experience delivering technology solutions using Agile software development methodologies with globally distributed teams (including vendors, onshore and offshore developers, and/or quality assurance testers) Proven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time across competing activities/resources Effective communicator with the ability to succinctly explain technical concepts to non-technical people

Hiring Salary Range of: $94,000 - $129,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.This role is a so eligible for Prologis' commission plan.
