Randstad is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our clients' team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for the daily accounting and month end reporting for a portfolio of residential properties. This role will work closely with the asset management, property management and finance teams.

salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Create and post journal entries, including and month end accrual and prepaid entries, and maintain related account reconciliations

• Prepare internal invoices related to property charge backs, review expenses for proper back up and coding

• Assist Accounting Manager with daily cash account transactions, including perform limited treasury functions such as initiating of wires and preparation of cash funding requests

• Prepare bank reconciliations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper reporting of financial information
