The Senior Pricing Analyst is a highly visible key role within growing Clemens Food Group driving results to the company's bottom line!  This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated collaborative individual that is looking to help shape the company's financial success and grow their career!  As the senior pricing analyst you will work closely with the senior sales leadership to support, advise, and challenge customer pricing decisions, support and improve the pricing system. 1 day work from home with 4 days in the office per week. Support pricing process for the branded / private label categories ensuring all pricing is aligned to targets Develop / Maintain weekly / monthly pricing lists ensuring appropriate margin Develop pricing for new and existing products / contracts Leverage the commodity markets ensuring changing market dynamics are factored into margin targets Prepare monthly market forecasts leveraging internal / external market analytics Customer facing support of commodity pork market data Support branded trade planning / promotional activities Lead two pricing data specialists supporting customer specific price lists, promotional activities, and sales payments to brokers and external customers Maintain and enhance pricing system to ensure compliance, efficiency, and thoroughly manage pricing team to ensure timely deliverables

Education Bachelors (preferred)

Experience 4 years: Minimum experience in pricing within CPG or food / beverage industry. Protein or commodity market experience preferred. Has demonstrated ability to initiate and execute measurable and sustainable process improvement in a finance organization. Strong analytics skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, SAP platforms, and pricing systems. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and management presence; ability to present to senior management across the organization.  (required) 4 years: Ability to excel in fast-paced environment where change and growth are part of the culture.
