This role provides mentoring, consulting, and guidance on applying agile and lean values, principles, and practices to break down barriers and achieve organizational goals. They will work directly with teams, leaders, and individuals across the company to teach and help implement agile and lean frameworks and behaviors to become a more agile, collaborative, and innovative organization. Coach them to become champions for Quartz\'s agile mindset, principles, behaviors, values, and approaches. Define and ensure consistent agile standards and practices aligned with the transformation\'s vision and goals Monitor and report on the agile transformation roadmap status and risks: Develop company-wide metrics for value delivery, team effectiveness, and agile fluency Guide ongoing agility maturity growth through coaching and assessment, identifying gaps, opportunities, and risks Continuously assess the organizational delivery environment and recommend agile practices tailored to Quartz\'s needs Scale Business Agility at the...
