The Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial records and accounts for multiple properties within a commercial real estate setting. This includes recording income and expenses, reconciling balance sheets, preparing financial statements, and interacting with tenants over disputes. Even Simpler: The job is about keeping track of money for different buildings that shops and businesses use. The accountant makes sure all the money coming in and going out is recorded properly and works out bills for the building owners.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of commercial property accounting experience

• Experience with Yardi Voyager and MRI software

  Desired Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: A four-year university degree focused on subjects such as financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and business law

• Ability to handle multiple properties and clients

• Excellent communication skills

• Commercial Property Accounting Experience: Specialized knowledge in managing the financial transactions associated with commercial real estate including rent collection, operating expenses, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Yardi Voyager: A comprehensive property management software used for managing all aspects of commercial real estate operations

• MRI Software: A flexible real estate software solution used for managing daily operations including lease administration, accounting, and financial reporting
