Job Summary

Responsible for leadership and direction of the Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Development Sales organization's efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. Leads and executes strategies to increase and retain commercial accounts. Oversees contracts for new and existing accounts and works across units to deliver quality customer service to all accounts. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Recommends alternatives or adjustments to correct problems or solidify successes in the perspective of current and proposed sales strategies. Identifies and drives improvements to create efficiencies with regards to cost and performance. Develops and oversees the execution of strategies and tactics to improve and secure commercial customer growth in multi-dwelling units.

  • Develops and manages the annual budget. Collaborates with Managers and Analysts to understand capital needed for business unit activities and operating expenses.

  • Works with Managers to build and maintain a targeted sales approach by leading in-depth research and analysis of territories. Partners with Marketing to identify and market to multi-dwelling units/communities that are currently served by competitors.

  • Oversees contracts including renewals and new contracts. Negotiates when needed. Reviews contacts for accuracy. Ensures right of entry and easement agreements are secured.

  • Establishes partnerships and coordinates efforts with other internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization. Works with audit and direct sales to coordinate audits and maintenance of bulk and individual complexes.

  • Maintains Company's high level of visibility by ensuring outreach to builders, developers and the general community.

  • Maintains exceptional knowledge of the industry through strong relationships with key personnel.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
