What you’ll do:

This Lead Analyst role will be supporting several data applications and data integrations in Eaton's Supply Chain and cross value streams ecosystem. This role will be primarily responsible for Design,development,application support and linking of new data sources.This role will also require defect,incident and Change management skills.The incumbent in this role will work in a team of around >20 within the Integrations and Data Management Organisation.

This will be IT driven end to end analytical platform.This role is based at Eaton Pune office. The role is end to end, hands on, planning, coding, testing, coordinating and learning.This role involves significant amount of Global stakeholder managerment across India, Europe and the US which is very critical aspect of this role."

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the Palantir Foundry platform’s Control Panel, ensuring all administrative workflows are performed efficiently.

Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal standards, particularly when processing sensitive data.

Create and manage user accounts, group memberships, and access controls to secure resources.

Create data connection with onprem ERP data sources and cloud instances.

Essential Functions:

Involves working in a highly matrixed organization spanning domestic and international locations.

Responsible for process, standards, governance , performance of the technical environments.

Aware of industry automation trends, contribute in identifying and resolving business cases, develop prototypes and proofs of concept

Collaborate with business and development teams to drive robust testing methodologies

Work within operational and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement."

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as: B.E / BTech / MCA / Equivalent (EITC) or B.S. Comp Sci / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience

• Experience of both SQL/On Premise and Cloud Databases

• Experience in data migration.

• Demonstrate experience of full software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, unit testing

• Experience in managing cross-functional programs and technical projects.

• Experience working with global teams and driving the projects for high customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Good knowledge of ERP's like SAP, ORACLE etc

• Business process mapping skills

• Strong data modelling.

• Strong data engineer skills in Palantir SAAS cloud based application.

• Strong in Structured Query Language.

• Strong in basic programming preferred Scala,Python

• Google Apigee desirable

• Azure Synapse desirable

• Python/PySpark

• Strong communication skills and the ability to report to senior/executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Foundry’s architecture, components, and lifecycle to support solution design and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in managing privacy considerations and understanding Foundry’s security primitives.

• Candidate should have skillset to adminster Linux servers used for installation of agents.

• Candidate should be aware of SaaS cloud platform concepts and experience working in cloud technologies like AWS and Azure (preferrable) or GCP is must.
