What you will do

The Portfolio lead is responsible for contributing to the areas of financial & portfolio operations for Kenvue Tech & Data, including leading portfolio processes, including portfolio assessment & prioritization, mobilization of investments, and ongoing operational measurement and reporting of end-to-end Tech & Data financials across portfolio investments and operational costs. As a Sr Analyst, you will be expected to work alongside the Portfolio Managers and apply your financial and process expertise to add value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a portfolio of Tech & Data investments (e.g. EMEA and LATAM portfolios) and the operational/ running budgets to track and report on financial performance.

  • Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, and supporting Tech & Data service groups.

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to develop investment strategies and align priorities and funding to maximize business and technology outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems and dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) to enable effective decision-making and reporting.

  • Develop analytics and insights to help monitor and evaluate Tech & Data capabilities and investments against our financial health and spend competitiveness.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.

  • Provide support/training to investment owners to ensure compliance and adherence to standardized financial operations processes and tools.

  • Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts to optimize Tech & Data processes.

  • Manage Product Roadmapping and project management methodologies - driving improved product management practices through the application of consistent, robust processes (lean, agile, design thinking) and toolsets (Roadmunk, Jira, MS Project, Tableau).

  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and industry best practices in portfolio management.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Experience working in PowerBI and with developing reports & dashboards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders and at different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and familiarity with financial procedures

  • Ability to lead, collaborate, challenge, and influence peers

  • Experience in a large global organization is preferred.

  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and preferably Intermediate in Spanish. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with portfolio management software and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and IT demand prioritization.
