If so, we are looking for a high-judgement Senior Program Manager to develop new ways to build trust with Sellers operating in emerging stores in the MENA and EU region.

If so, we are looking for a high-judgement Senior Program Manager to develop new ways to build trust with CN-based Sellers operating in Amazon.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Selling Partner Trust (SPT) team on key stakeholder and leadership engagement to support CN-specific Seller trust efforts in China

  • Working with global product and program teams to understand current and future challenges faced by Sellers

  • Supporting on building a nuanced understanding of CN-specific differences in terms of Seller needs and behaviour as well as the specific economic and legislative/regulatory landscape

  • Identifying CN-specific opportunities and developing current and new programs that contribute to the delivery of our local and WW goals

  • Assisting the SPT team in proceeding the SPT strategy for the CN Sellers and designing the CN Seller roadmap

  • Creating experiments that allow us to move from ‘what is’ to ‘what can be’

The role will be fundamental to building our understanding of local Seller nuances and driving improvement to Seller experiences. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on planning and oversight, and requires excellent program management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate is able to influence and gain buy-in from product, business, ops, legal and policy stakeholders while seamlessly delivering in an ambiguous environment. Problem-solving, cross-team coordination, program management, executive communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key job responsibilities

The role will be focused on self-sufficiently running strategic projects that aim at addressing reducing Seller friction and business disruptions related to enforcement and remediation processes for CN Sellers. You will be expected to lead multiple concurrent efforts from initial scoping to final implementation, ranging from quick turnaround pilots to complex long-term efforts. You will work in close collaboration with various WW product/program, BA, tech teams as well as Legal and cross-organizational stakeholders to identify incremental opportunities and create a regional improvement roadmap. You need to be able to operate autonomously, establish strong relationships with regional stakeholders, build a solid understanding of a variety of complex topics as well as be comfortable operating under a high level of ambiguity. As such, you need to have a strong ability to prioritize efforts and develop workarounds for potential blockers. You will act as an advocate for our Sellers, challenging the status quo and coming up with ideas on how to improve the Seller Experience while navigating internal priorities/constraints.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience driving change across multiple organizations and business functions

  • Experience building effective, cross-regional partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
