WHAT YOU'LL DO

AsaSeniorAI productspecialist,you will :

• Managea number ofmachine learning services andmaintain partnerships with internal customers and partners to drive the end-to-end implementation of ourAIservices into internal and external business processes to redefine the customer support experience.Our services are used in mission criticalenterprise setups. AI services therefore havestrict compliance,availability,and performance requirements that you willdrive.

• Daily tasks include communication, stakeholder management, portfolio management and related follow-ups. Managing and maintainingAI productroadmapsand delivering business valuearean integral part of delivering successful services.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation and data-driven solutionspaired withtechnicalskills.The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, they should be able to work collaborativelyacross departments.

Ideal candidates have the following experience/skills.

• University degree in business and technology related fields

• Practical project management or product management experience.

• Experience in working with dataand agile development.

• Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts andtechnologies.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills

The teams mission is to improve, automate, and transform the customer support business of SAP using Machine Learning and Data-driven Innovation.
