What you'll do:

We are presently seeking either an SAP Medical Officer (f/m/d) for a people co-leadership position or an expert position, who will steer the implementation of long-standing health and preventative health services and programs. Both positions are available for full-time or part-time employment.

As an SAP Medical Officer (f/m/d) with people leadership responsibility, you will play a key role in promoting the well-being and productivity of our employees. Your responsibilities will extend to:

  • Managing a team of health professionals to deliver best-in-class occupational health management services in Germany.

  • Overseeing financial aspects within your operational area of responsibility.

  • Providing comprehensive medical care in accordance with proven guidelines at our health centers and subsidiaries.

  • Continuously developing the innovative spirit and growth mindset within the team, staying updated with organizational, individual health trends, HR strategies, along with digital health market trends.

  • Ensuring effective resource planning and project management to meet key performance indicators and customer needs, while fostering efficient collaboration and meetings.

In the expert role of an SAP Medical Officer (f/m/d), you will:

  • Delivering a customer-centric health service (encompassing general medicine, occupational medicine, travel medicine, ergonomics, psychosomatics) in the domain of local health services.

  • Managing cases of long-term illnesses.

  • Continually refining and adjusting services in response to customer feedback and local requirements.

  • Collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and benchmarking partners to ensure SAP utilizes best practices in Health Management.

  • Overseeing the provision and analysis of health data and statistics.

What you bring

  • A medical degree, specializing in internal medicine or general medicine and holding a specialist title in Occupational Medicine. An international professional qualification in Occupational Medicine is an advantage.

  • Experience in emergency medicine and rescue medicine and private practice settings, ideally holding a certified qualification in Emergency Medicine.

  • Minimum five years experience in corporate health management (only applicable for the people manager position).

  • Strong leadership skills focusing on development, growth, people culture, performance, and collaboration (ony applicable for the people manager position).

  • Proven track record of project and program management with organizational acumen.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

  • Resilience, self-awareness, positivity, and an ability to handle challenging situations.

  • Fluency in German and English.
